Entrance Criteria

School: Stratford Girls' Grammar School


Admission to this school in Year 7 will be determined by a child's performance in the Entrance Test (sometimes referred to as "the 11+" or "the selection test"). The school participates in Warwickshire County Council's co-ordinated admissions scheme for maintained secondary schools. The entrance exam consists of Verbal Reasoning, Non-Verbal and Numerical Reasoning (CEM format). Click here for more details.

Whether it's getting involved with our charitable work through taking a role in the school's Charities Week fundraising, travelling nationally and internationally on our regular sport and music tours, joining the Duke of Edinburgh programme, or simply going to Chess Club every week, there is an opportunity for each and every student to seek out and find an activity she enjoys.

Sporting activities are very popular, ranging from rowing and volleyball to table tennis and fitness club. On the creative side, music, art and drama also provide many opportunities for girls to participate outside the classroom.
