Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days but may take up to 7 days in extreme cases. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. There are no shipping costs for digital products.
Delivery time is dependant on Royal Mail but is generally between 1 and 2 days. Click here for delivery timing. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
We use Royal Mail for all our shipping. Prices will depend on the following:

- Destination - we only ship to UK addresses

Damages
11PlusSwot is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact Royal Mail.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
